Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed and verified.Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

2. Delivery Time & Areas

We deliver to most addresses within the Philippines.Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the courier and your location.Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

 

3. Shipping Fees

We adopt a unified shipping rule for all domestic orders in the Philippines:

· Order amount ₱1,000 and above: Free shipping

· Order amount below ₱1,000: A flat shipping fee of ₱75 will be charged.

 

4. Order Tracking

 

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.You may use this tracking number to check your delivery status on the official courier website.

 

5. Shipping Risks & Responsibility

We ensure all items are well packaged and delivered to the courier in good condition.We will provide full assistance for loss or damage claims in accordance with courier rules and Philippine consumer protection laws.

 

6. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, missing contact information or recipient unavailability, additional re-delivery or storage fees may apply.We are not liable for extra charges caused by invalid customer information.

 

7. Returned & Undeliverable Packages

If the package is returned to our warehouse due to undeliverable reasons, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or refund.Reshipment requires additional shipping fees at the customer’s cost.

 

8. Prohibited Items

All shipments comply with Philippine local laws and courier prohibited goods regulations.
