This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all customers who purchase products from WWW.BESTSELLER.COM.PH (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”) and have their delivery address in the Philippines. This Policy is established in compliance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394), the Electronic Commerce Act (RA 8794), and relevant regulations of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
We accept return and refund requests under the following circumstances:
• Product Defect/Error: The product is damaged, faulty, does not function as described, or has hidden defects.
• Mismatch/Dispatch Error: The received product is different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong size, color, quantity, or model).
• Counterfeit Product: The product is proven to be counterfeit or not authorized.
• Damage in Transit: The product is damaged due to shipping. A photo and a video of the unboxing process or outer packaging damage is required.
• Late Delivery: The package has not been delivered within 7 days of the promised shipping date without prior notification.
We accept 7-day returns only for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described, starting from the date of delivery.
• Conditions: The product must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact, and in resalable condition.
• Shipping Fee: We will shoulder return shipping costs for valid issues caused by us.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund (unless defective):
• Personal care items (e.g., underwear, swimwear).
• Customized or personalized products (e.g., engraved items, made-to-measure).
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, cosmetics, health supplements) once opened.
• Virtual products or services (e.g., e-codes, online courses).
• Consumables (e.g., batteries, ink cartridges).
• Clearance or "Final Sale" items (non-defective).
• Products that are used, stained, or lack tags/accessories affecting resale.
• Defective/Mismatched Items: Must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Response Time: We will review your request and reply within 72 hours.
• Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund will be processed with in 7 business days to the original payment method.
• Merchant Pays: Returns due to defect, wrong dispatch, damage in transit, or counterfeit.
• Customer Pays: Returns due to change of mind, wrong size/choice.
• Rejection Shipment: If the customer refuses to accept the package without reason, all associated shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
• Submit Request:Log in to your account, go to My Orders, select the order, and click Request Return/Refund. Provide the reason and supporting photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or wrong.
• Await Approval: Wait for our response within 72 hours.
• Ship Back: If approved, ship the item to the return address provided by our customer service. Keep the tracking number.
• Refund/Exchange: Upon inspection and confirmation of the returned item, we will process your refund or arrange a replacement.

This policy is in compliance with all applicable laws in the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved under Philippine laws and within the jurisdiction of the relevant authorities in the Philippines.
